ProCare is a premium support membership provided by Apple. They'll help you set up your new Mac, give you priority service at the Genius Bar and provide annual tune ups of your hardware.

Note:ProCare does not auto-renew, so set a reminder so you don't forget to renew it yourself!

To signup or renew your ProCare service, visit your nearest Apple store. You can find the closest store at The Apple Website.

There are no set cancelation policies for Apple ProCare, but if you have a bad experience a store representative will likely offer you a refund or store credit for unused service time.
