This service has gotten mixed reviews from their paid users based on overall customer experience. Beware of the "resume help" services, as they will likely lead to a sales pitch on their resume improvement services (which can cost around $700). Some are very happy with the "weeding out" of general users due to the cost of membership, but others feel that the free alternatives (Monster, HotJobs, etc) get them wider exposure since there is not cost associated with these services.

You can signup on TheLadders.com, when attempting to search for a job you will be prompted to create an account. There is a free basic membership also available.

You cancel your account with TheLadders via the web. Their Terms of Use policy contains the links needed to process your cancelation for each "Ladder". If you cancel within 3 days of payment, you will receive a full refund, but this doesn't include accounts that start with the free trial. If you cancel after the three days or if your account included a free trial no refund will be given for unused service.
