LARA — your license
45 hours every 3 years, with minimums inside that total for ethics, pain management, human trafficking and implicit bias, plus a cap on non-interactive online self-study. Thursday's A-6 is ethics hours; B-5 is implicit bias — the app files them in the right bucket for you.
MDE — your certificate
75 professional-learning hours every 5 years via SCECHs. Sessions land as SCECHs marked "pending" until MASSW processes them into MOECS — and the app nags you until you confirm.
